Educational Measures will answer questions regarding your needs, explain and demonstrate system specifics on-site, by teleconference or by webinar as may be most convenient.

How is data captured and entered into the ™ database?

Data is entered through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Forms and Data Importing (i.e. Microsoft Excel).

Can I create or add specific data capture fields to ™?

Yes, ™ offers a high degree of customization. While certain fields are recommended, they can be changed or modified to meet specific provider requirements.

Can ™ be linked to other electronic CE program management systems?

™ is compatible with many CE program management systems.

Who owns the collected data?

The CE provider owns the data. Educational Measures owns the program software.

Can I test the product for applicability to my needs?

Educational Measures will work with you as needed to develop a pilot test activity.

Do I have to purchase ™ and at what cost?

™ is a licensed product with a one year renewable term. Prices range by the number of licensed users.

Will system training and maintenance be provided?

As part of the license agreement, limited training will be provided by Educational Measures. Maintenance will be provided throughout the duration of the agreement.
